At JobCard, we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use and handle your personal and operational data when you use our website and application.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your email address, name and business name when you join the beta or create an account.
Operational data: the job cards, internal notes, materials and checklists you create are stored securely on your behalf.
Integration data: if and when you connect QuickBooks, we only access the data needed to draft job cards from your estimates and invoices.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide the JobCard service, keep it secure, improve the product and contact you about your account or important beta updates. We don't sell your operational or customer data to third parties.

4. Data security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Secure technician links use randomised tokens and can be revoked at any time from inside JobCard.
